Due to the customization and personalization of items, all sales are final and cannot be cancelled upon receipt of orders and payment.
Please double check your order for embroidery / monogramming accuracy before submission. We will not be responsible for any incorrect personalization information provided by customer. If you notice an error on your part after submitting your order, please contact us immediately within 24 hours. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee embroidery / monogramming corrections can be made.
If you have received an item with incorrect personalization, please notify us as we take full responsibility if we have incurred an error. We will replace the product as quickly as possible and at no cost.
If you have received a damaged item due to shipping, please notify us within 2 days of receipt. Photos of the damaged item will be requested and in some cases, return of the item will be required.
